The use of Non-Timber Forest Products (NTFPs) in driving economic boost in most parts of the nation still remain insignificant. This perhaps could be as a result of few researches in the NTFPs field. Thus, this study highlights and analysed various NTFPs utilised for general wellbeing of the inhabitants of Wukari LGA of Taraba state, Nigeria. The study sourced data using structured questionnaires supplemented with public rural appraisal (PRA), and the utilization of simple descriptive statistics to highlight and analyse various NTFPs used in the study area. And the analysis showed that, based on the. totality of NTFPs usage in the study area, it was observed that Charcoal usage emerge the highest with 10.3% of utilisation followed by Mortar & pestle at 10.1%, Shea butter at 10% and fuel wood at 9.7%, etc. Similarly, at the constituency level, Wukari I Constituency has the total highest Frequency of NTFPs usage (given by 738 out of 1450 responses) as compared to Wukari II constituency with a total Frequency (given by 712 out of 1450 responses). However, at ward level, Kente Ward among all the ten wards in the study area has the highest frequency of NTFPs usage, with 15 frequency  value of NTFPs usage but Chukun ward recorded the lowest number of NTFPs usage with eight (8) different product usages in the study area. Coincidentally, these two wards are also part of Wukari I constituency. Finally, the study presented some recommendations among which the Wukari dwellers were encouraged to improve on their NTFPs usage for alleviation of their poverty level.
